ff1+2 - changed recovery upon hit
1,2 - new 10 f punish, transitions into Mad Pain holding b (to do his classic 10f punish instead do f1,2)
UPDATE V1.01: nerfed the move plus frames on hit
2,4 - now natural. other 10f punish and more damage on hit because the second hit is -15 if you mess up.
1+2 - new effect on hit and block. safe now
UDPATE V1.01: nerfed the move on block. -9 now
3+4 - stance is the same. Transitions into the low and the high but the transitions are faster. The low is only -14 on block now
f2,2 - full homing move now. delayable, confirmable. second hit unsafe tho

f3- BIG effect on hit. Move is sped up and only -14 on block

f1+2 - you can now decide whether going into mad pain or not on hit. Transition to mad pain is holding forward. -13 on block. Big CH effect
POWER CRUSH f1+4 - it's now -14 on block but becomes power crush very early. plus, it becomes safe at longer distances
d1, 1+2 - changed the CH effect on the low. still -16 on block but now launches on CH
d2 - untouched, changed the CH effect

b1,2 - you can decide now whether going or not to mad pain on hit. to transition to the stance just hold b. b1 on its own tracks to the right and right only
b4 - new hit effect. ITS HIS MAIN AERIAL SCREW
UF4 - new move. Basically a lil bit weaker version of Claudio hopkick
uf3+4 - more damage. changed last hit reaction on hit at the wall
ff2,3 - NEW MOVE. Very good to wall carry. Natural combo, a lot of damage
ff3 - NEW RAGE DRIVE. BASICALLY a busted version of f3
ff4 - new reaction on hit and new sound effect. More unsafe on block
running 1+2 - his new wall crush (on block). huge frame advantage
Ws1,1 - decreased the move start up. now 13f ws punish
ws1, 1+2 - NEW MOVE. fun 13f punish hahaha
ws2, 1+2 - troll move. funny to see

MAD PAIN 2 - more damage. changed low hit reaction at the wall (WALL COMBO - 2,4 into MAD PAIN 2)

MAD PAIN 4, b4 - HIS MAIN SCREW. YOU WOULD USE THIS IN COMBOS WITH HIM NOW. second hit is a punishable high but very versatile in combos.
MAD PAIN 4,4 - GIVES HUGE WALL CARRY. Second hit is a -14 mid, only use it in combos. very huge wall travel

PANIC DOCTOR 2 - untouched
PANIC DOCTOR 3 - faster
